1. Agreement and Scope of These Terms

By accessing the jdnkk platform, registering an account, or playing any game, you are considered to have read and accepted these terms and conditions along with the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must stop using the platform.

These terms of service apply to the jdnkk website, all related mobile platforms, and every game offered. The individual game rules displayed on the platform also apply alongside these terms.

2. Account Registration and Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

Only players aged 21+ are permitted on the jdnkk platform. By opening any account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If it is found that you are underage, jdnkk has the right to close the account immediately and reclaim any associated funds.

2.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each user may only open one account for personal use on jdnkk. Opening more than one account using the same IP address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited and will be treated as bonus abuse.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

The name, phone number, and payment details you provide when registering must be accurate. If you need to change any of that information after your account is created, please contact customer service. jdnkk reserves the right to block withdrawals from any account registered with incorrect information.

3. User Responsibilities and Conduct

Every user accessing the platform must meet the following responsibilities—

• Keep your account login credentials (username and password) secure.
• You may not share your account with or grant access to any third party.
• You must not carry out any technical violations that disrupt the normal operation of the platform or negatively affect other users.
• Fraudulent financial activity, money laundering, and bonus abuse are strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in games on the platform to manipulate gameplay is prohibited.

If any of these responsibilities are found to have been violated, jdnkk has the right to close that account immediately without prior notice.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

You can deposit at jdnkk using KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks. Each deposit amount must match your payment card or the platform's instructions.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 1 hour of being requested. Withdrawal times are calculated using Myanmar Standard Time (MMT, UTC+6:30).

4.3 Financial Verification

For large withdrawals, jdnkk may verify your name and payment details for accuracy. Withdrawals may be put on hold until this verification is complete.

4.4 Same Payment Method Policy

While it is not strictly required that withdrawals be made through the same method used for deposits, jdnkk may cross-check any withdrawal against the deposit method used.

5. Bonus and Promotion Policy

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at jdnkk, you will receive a 120% bonus up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before it can be withdrawn.

Example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering requirement to withdraw = 24,000 Ks × 15 = 360,000 Ks.
• Deposit 340,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 540,000 Ks. Wagering requirement to withdraw = 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks.

5.2 Bonus Restrictions

Each player may claim the bonus once only. You may not save up the bonus amount, and you must not manipulate your play to claim a bonus with a minimal deposit. If such activity is found, jdnkk has the right to cancel the bonus.

5.3 Other Promotions

Each individual promotion offer will include its own specific terms and conditions. If there is a conflict between a promotion's terms and this agreement, the promotion's terms will take precedence.

6. Gaming Policy and Security

All games on jdnkk operate with a random number generation system that ensures fair play. Regular audits of this technology are conducted so that game results can be verified.

• All games including slots, live casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, and fish shooting games are covered by this policy.
• If a game is interrupted during play due to a disconnection or technical issue, jdnkk's decision will be accepted as final.
• The use of third-party software, bots, or automated playing methods is strictly prohibited.

The platform uses SSL encryption to protect players' financial and personal information.

7. Responsible Gaming

Players may use this platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Using any content for commercial purposes is not permitted.

10. Account Suspension / Closure

jdnkk reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice for the following reasons —

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent payment activity.
• Discovery of bonus abuse.
• Discovery of more than one account opened by the same person.
• Receipt of instructions from the relevant authority regarding illegal activities.

jdnkk is committed to delivering its services. However, jdnkk cannot be held responsible for losses arising from the following —

• Payment delays caused by issues with your payment counter / banking service.

• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, war, labor strikes, or other events beyond jdnkk's control.

Players are personally responsible for any issues caused to third parties as a result of their own actions on jdnkk's platform.

12. Amendments to Terms and Agreement

jdnkk reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect from the moment they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
